Sometimes a sender does not know which CAD format the receiver of a DieLayout understands.
Therefore it would be useful to allow multiple description (e.g. DDS3, CFF2, PDF)

Modification Note: The cardinality of FileSpec has been modified to allow for mutiple representations of the same ShapeDef in JDF 1.8 / XJDF 2.2.
