      IDUsage ... <make unconditional>
      Usage of the GeneralID. If GeneralID is required by an ICS or other specification, the recommended values of @IDUsage are defined by that ICS or specification. This specification makes no assumptions on the format of @IDUsage, e.g. whether a prefix is recommended.

      Description

      Should ID/Values in General ID have a prefix implying it's domain ie ptk:OrderID

      The PrintTalk WG recommends that all such prefixes be removed. If necessary then other WG could introduce them in an ICS
