      Additional info from Dennis: My initial thought when I put this in the "Nits" FDF in JDF-545 was that "@TrapNet" in the Description field shown above is not an attribute, so was probably supposed to be "TrapNet" (in red and in quotes) from table 10.74 AnnotationType Attribute Values.  That is, when @AnnotationType="TrapNet", then @TrapnetAnnotationPDFX is used.  Although...why is TrapnetAnnotationPDFX required then?
