        Sample? IntegerRange The value of @SampleSHALL be index of the first and last measurement as specified in ResourceSet/@Unit. The value of @Sample SHALL NOT change for the same physical object in multiple measurements.
        Measurements ? integer Total number of measurements. Note; the value of @Measurements MAY be higher than the sum of @Passed and @Failed in case QualityControl describes measurements with no tolerance definitions.
